Hi, just seeking some guidance on the evidence requirements you would expect to see, if the apprentice is transferring from one training provider to another, remaining with the same employer and apprenticeship programme.
I know that there would need to be a new contract with the provider and employer, a new apprenticeship agreement and training plan. Is there any other evidence you would expect to be updated? The OTJ logs and learning evidence from the previous provider can be transferred and held as evidence.
