Subcontractor UKPRN on Enrolment Paperwork

Good morning. 

 

Can any help confirm which UKPRN should be added to our enrolment for form 16-19 SP?

 

The subcontractor we are about to work is will be delivering the whole programme of learning. 

I know we need to add  the subcontractors UKPRN in the ILR at aim level. However if you add the subcontractors  UKPRN into the learner ILR section in PICS the learner doesn't go into the month end claim. Therefore the learners sit under our UKPRN at ILR learner level as they are technically ours.

 

Any help would appreciated on the paperwork side for compliance.

We also add the UKPRN to the ILR.

Our auditors asked us to include the subcontractor name on the enrolment form and confirmation of the parts of the programme we deliver and the parts the subcontractor delivers but we haven’t asked been asked to add their UKPRN to our enrolment paperwork.

I've sent a ticket to the ESFA but after going over the guidance I'm not even sure the UKPRN is even a requirement on the paperwork. 

In order to differentiate the paperwork from ours I have put the sub contractors logo and branding on it and added in their UKPRN to be on the safe side. 

I think this maybe one of those areas which can be interpreted in different ways.
