Achievement of Functional Skills - Apprenticeship Standard

We have our first Apprentice achieving their Functional Skills English (as part of their Standard) . Can I Complete / Achieve and enter the Actual End Date for the Functional Skills now or do I wait until the whole Apprenticeship is completed (i.e. the EPA has been undertaken)? I am going round in circles with all of the documentation.....
