Yes, that is how we record ours.
We recorded the WP entity for 22/23 and declared the actual placement hours at year end and added the entity again for 23/24 to record the additional hours for this year as we were advised that the ILR would 'knit' the records together as long as the start and exp end dates matched. It doesn't. Consequently, we are experiencing R96 errors (having 2 records with the same start date).
If I change the start date of the 23/24 record to validate it, both records appear in the ILR so worried we appear to be declaring too many hours as it looks like they did 2 full placements. Can I just change the start date of the 23/24 record to start in Aug23 and simply add the difference in planned hours so it adds up??

T Level Industry Placement - recording dates

Good Morning.
T Level Industry Placement - recording dates ....
I have checked the Guidance Record your T Level data correctly - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and I am not sure if its not clear or me just not reading correctly!
For a 2nd year T Level learner who started in 22/23 - We have recorded their IP over a 2 year period .. 05/09/2022 - 28/06/2024. Is this correct?
