"Essential Skills" on national achievement rate data

I noticed the (new?) Essential Skills category in the data that was released last week and was wondering if there was a list of learning aims that counted towards the "Digital" element of this? I'm assuming that the rest is anything with the GCSE Maths & English, Basic Skills Maths & English and ESOL qualification type.
