Hi all,
We have a learner who completed English Functional Skills Entry 3 5 years ago.
They are a non-native speaker and really should have done ESOL. We have assessed them and they came out as E2 working towards E3.
My question is, can we enroll them for ESOL Entry 3 or will they need to do L1 due to the prior learning in Functional Skills?
Thanks,
