Sub Contracting 16-19 provision

We're about to sort out a very small sub contract for a group of students with an EHCP with us as a sub-contractor to a larger General Further Education College. (We're an independent specialist provider). Couple of questions;
Has anyone got a sub-contract template you would be prepared to share or know where one might exist?
Does anyone know of a legal firm (who charge reasonable prices!) who work in this area and could advise on suitability of a contract for both parties?
