Hi All, As a provider we conduct a couple of internal mock audits to make sure we are familiar with our audit processes and knowing our data to improve in audit areas for our apprenticeship provision. We also found it would be more efficient and productive to conduct audits by industry/group of standards or just each apprenticeship standard with large cohorts. We couldn't find a way to submit an ILR through the Sampler that would be standard specific, until now and we thought we would share the knowledge.
This does depend on the ILR system you use but if your ILR system allows you to select certain criteria into your xml batch file you can select the group or standards you wish to include and run the batch file. Once you have the xml you can process the file through FIS and the PDSATs as normal and run the report through the Sampler. This will create a 30 apprentice sample for the apprenticeships standards you selected in your criteria.
