Hi, I am hoping that someone could support me to identify the eligibility for an apprenticeship learner please
The learner has a Home Office, Right to Work document who is a sponsored learner and has permission to work in the UK until 3rd January 2028.
The entry clearance certificate states valid until 17/04/2021 with a date stamp of 1st March 2021 which I am reading as the learner has now been in the UK for 3 years.
Am I correct in viewing this as a learner eligible for Apprenticeship funding?
