Right, here we go then (this is much easier for National!!!):
a) For Community Learning in 2024 to 2025 academic year:
- Will Community Learning be replaced by Tailored Learning? YES!
or will it Tailored Learning only replace the 'formula fund non-regulated
learning'? NO!
- Will Funding Model 10 (FM10) ends on 31 July 2024 ad be replaced by Funding Model 11 (FM11)? YES!
- If we will be using FM11 Community Learning provision: will the current New Non regulated Community Learning aims be replaced
by the New Non-regulated Tailored Learning aims? YES!
or should we continue to use the New Non regulated Community Learning
aims in 2024 - 2025 NO!
and only use the Non-regulated Tailored Learning aims for the formula fund non-regulated learning'? The TL aims are for everything TL.
Of course, GLA has made this complicated by continuing to use non-reg formula funded aims for ESSENTIAL SKILLS ONLY, so any voc non-reg ff aims you were using will move over to TL, but, eg, ESOL non-reg FF will stay as non-reg FF...

Morning all,
We have a contract with GLA and I am trying to get my head around with the new changes as related to the funding system from the 2023 to 2024, effective from 01 August 2024.
a) For Community Learning in 2024 to 2025 academic year:
- Will Community Learning be replaced by Tailored Learning? or will it Tailored Learning only replace the 'formula fund non-regulated
learning'?
- Will Funding Model 10 (FM10) ends on 31 July 2024 ad be replaced by Funding Model 11 (FM11)?
- If we will be using FM11 Community Learning provision: will the current New Non regulated Community Learning aims be replaced
by the New Non-regulated Tailored Learning aims? or should we continue to use the New Non regulated Community Learning

Apologies if I am asking too many question, I just want to ensure that I understand these changes and I hope my questions make sense.
