Could you just confirm my logic on the understanding of Subsidy Control changes in the 24/25 v1 Apprenticeship rules.
Subsidy Control MFA form required for.
Transfer of funds learners
Not required for
16 to 21 Non Levy Employer
22-24 EHCP learners Non levy Employer

That is my understanding Wayne, only for levy transfers and then its the value of the co-investment they are not making that would be the amount to be declared.
