Off the job hours following return from break in learning
Created
Hello,
We have a learner who enrolled on an apprenticeship standard in 2021/22. They are returning from a lengthy break in learning. Their original programme was 67 weeks long; their revised training plan will take them 75 weeks in total to complete (i.e. duration of their period on programme before their BIL plus the duration of their period on programme after their BIL) for operational reasons.
We are not able to change the OTJ hours recorded in the ILR when they first started their programme as per the funding rules but should the number of hours they actually complete be the equivalent of 20% based on a 75 week programme?
