I might be too early in raising this question but, I was expecting a change in the 24/25 guidance to cover this scenario when they retired the old HR Consultant L5 standard & replaced it with the People Professional L5. This standard now has unit 5CO03 of the L5 Associate Diploma as a mandatory unit of the EPA.
I can't see anything in the ILR Specification or the Provider Support Manual.
Does anyone know how we would show these apprentices as being in gateway when we wouldn't be able to close the main aim as achieved?
