Yes, if they sit EPA in August then they will roll into the 24/25 year, but until then will show in 23/24 in any software you may be using. The hybrid end date is latter of planned, actual end, and achievement date.
Hybrid end year (Hybrid_End_Year) - This field is the later of the
achievement year (Achievement_Year), actual learning end year
(Actual_End_Year), expected learning end year (Expected_End_Year), or the
reporting year.
This seems to contradict that it is normally based on the last day of learning, rather than the date of EPA when in year.

Morning All,
Can I just confirm with you the date used to work out which year an achievement would sit? A learners practical period end date is 1st June 2024 and enters gateway. The last part of the EPA isn't due to be taken until 3rd August 2024 so if the apprentice completes it would the achievement go in 2024_25s QAR rather than the current year 2023_24?
Typing the question makes it sound simple, but need to confirm for peace of mind.
