Break in Learning

Hi, we have an Apprentice who lost her job with her Employer on the 22.4.2024, she has been unable to find another Employer at present.  Will I need to enter her break in learning from the 22.4.2024 but am I correct in saying that if she hasn't found a new Employer after 12 weeks have passed from the 22.4.24 she will have to be removed from the programme?  TIA

Yes, set her as a Break now and then, if she passes 12 weeks, change the Break to a Withdrawal (but the dates won't change).

Wouldn’t you record the last day in learning rather than the date she left her employer?

Yes, when she passes her 12 weeks I will use her last date in learning to finish her.  Thank you.
