I seem to recall last week some of you had issues with the DAS, have these issues been resolved? We have had issues in trying to enter learner details on to it for the last week now but have not been able to - we can view details, but just not create any new learners or such like. The issue has been reported to the Service Desk but we just get the usual reply in that it will be looked into within the next 10 days.
Just wondering if it's just us affected by this

Not sure about last week but I am having problems today. It just comes up with an error page when I try to 'manage learners' Are you having problems today?
We're having the same issue as you Sue. This seems to be a different issue again to the one we have had over the past few weeks. Wonder if they are doing some sort of update? Not great when you're trying to get R12 sorted!!!
