Levy Transfer on App Service: "There is a problem"

Hi folks,

We've encountered an issue with levy transfer which the ESFA are saying is not a known issue. Employers have applied for, and been awarded, transfer funds however when they attempt to create a cohort / send the cohort to us to add apprentices the system throws up a "There is a problem" banner at the top of the screen. No additional guidance and no apparent way to proceed.

Has anyone else encountered this? Mildly concerned given the end of July is next week and we're trying to secure funding for some of our July intake.

Hi Darren,

I’ve been in touch with the technical support team on several occasions—initially on 27/06, then again on 06/07, and most recently on 21/07. It was only during this latest contact that they confirmed a known technical issue.

They’ve assured me that it's being treated as a priority and is currently under urgent investigation. It’s believed the error may be linked to either the recent Skills for England system merge or the changes introduced to the new approval process within the service.

Thanks for the update - I also received a confirmation about this in the most recent update (after 2 weeks of nothing). My suspicion would be the introduction of the ILR functionality as it's the only real change to the process within the AS but who knows... Fingers crossed for a prompt fix.
