Apprentice changed employer

One of our employers went into administration in June 2023. Since that date their apprentice has changed employers but they did not inform us. Recently (in Aug 2024) we noticed that they went from being a levy paying to non-levy paying employer on our ILR Reports since last year so we raised these questions with them. We have since collected their co-investment due. However, the apprentice has almost completed their apprenticeship now. We have received all their payments except for the final 20%.
My questions are:
1. How do we report the changes to the ESFA? and
2. How do we go about making necessary changes on our apprenticeship account e.g. add an apprentice to their new employer who has now set up an apprenticeship account and added us as their training provider?
