Enter learning data: help us test our new service

Created

Pinned

The ESFA will soon be launching and testing the first version of a new service called enter learning data, which will eventually replace the learner entry tool (LET). We want to speak to apprenticeship providers who would like to be among the first to use and test the new service. The focus of this phase is just on the apprenticeship funding model.

How to take part

There are onboarding sessions available from 12 August to 23 August, lasting for up to 30 minutes, where we will run through what your participation will involve. If you are interested in taking part, please register your interest by completing this survey

Requirements

To take part in this first phase of testing, you must:

  • be a provider who only delivers apprenticeships, and no other funding models
  • be available to engage in testing the new service over a 2-week period
  • provide feedback and interact with the ESFA User researcher
  • use the new service for the academic year 2024 to 2025 and continue to use LET for R13 and R14 of 2023 to 2024

If you are a provider who delivers other funding models and would like to be involved in future testing of the new service, please complete this survey
