Change to our FS Learning Aim Codes

Hi,
Our company is recently decided to change over our FS Provider which will mean a lot of our apprentices' needing their course codes changing over from one awarding body to the other.
Does anyone have any guidance on how we going about changing these over in the ILR and how it works when we've already started/ drawn down funding against these aims? Should I remove the learning aims and just start them again with new start/ end dates against the new learning aim code? Also what implications would this bring on learner's that have been claimed in a previous funding year?
I have asked the ESFA Helpdesk but just wondering if I may get a quicker response/ guidance on here.
