Good Morning,
We have a prospective apprentice who was born in Hong Kong and moved to the UK in 2022. I know there is the 3 years residency rule but looking at 283.3 'Have permission granted by the UK government to live in the UK and such permission is not for education purposes only' does this mean we can waive the 3 years minimum?
