Fund Model 38 - Planned Learning Hours

Hi all,

Generated for R01 today & all my of Fund Model 38 learners are appearing with the error PlanLearnHours_01 where the PlanLearnHours is showing as 0.

All of these learners do have PlanLearnHours against them on an aim level which when we generate our students it would populate this on a learner level (and for the other fund models it has worked)

We use EBS, is this something anyone else has had a problem with? I'm wondering is it an EBS problem, or have I missed something in our reference data.

Haven't tried it , but this procedure, assuming it is the one that is used, appears not to have been updated with new fund models:

ebs_ilr_maintenance_pkg.RecalculatePlanLrnAndEEPHours

Thanks for this, i'll contact Tribal & see what they suggest.

Yes, we were getting this. Our own Systems team advised that "Tribal haven’t update the procedure that does the planned hour calculation to include the new FMs", which is what Graham Knight has said too.

Our team were able to update the procedure themselves, so we have it working again, and they have reported it to Tribal too, so hopefully you'll get it fixed soon.
