We have an apprentice coming up with a DLOCK_10 (Employer has stopped payments) but unsure why as it is a change of employer (annoyingly whilst on a BIL)
Employer 1 stopped on the BIL date in August 2023
Returned from BIL on MAYTAS in Jan 2024 and then the employer 2 changed next day (as error if you do them on the same date) and new employer set up and live
Ive checked the Apps pay monthly report and we appear to be getting payments coming through up until the last ILR submission last month so it doesnt appear like a typical DLOCK10.
Strangely there are negative amounts appearing on the original BIL record in the apps pay monthly record for the R12 -£304 which matches the full amount of the R02 £304 so im assuming this is just a clawback due to the change of employer and the Stopping on DAS?
