Hi Gareth,
I asked the helpdesk this question a few weeks back and got the following reply:
In all cases, whether the employer attends or not, a summary of the review discussion must be shared with all parties. Following feedback from the sector we are now saying that this summary must be signed, as a minimum, by the provider and the apprentice. This means that we no longer require the employer signature on any reviews that take place on or after 1 August 2024. However providers can still collect these if they choose to do so.

In relation to the new rule for 2024/25 regarding employers not needing to sign all reviews. Is this for all reviews from the 1st of August for all learners or just new starts from the 1st of August?
Funding rules do not seem to clarify.
