Change of Contracted Hours detail in the funding rules

Is it just me or is there no guidance as to what we should do if an apprentice changes their contracted hours during the apprenticeship anymore (since 2022)
There is no instruction under the change of circumstance section in 24/25 rules other than mentioning providers and employers must revise existing agreements or create new agreements for:
225.5. Changes to the apprentice’s contract or working pattern;
And if I look at the part-time employment section to get any additional detail, it says this:
67. Where there is a change to the working hours of the apprentice during the apprenticeship, the provider should refer to the change of circumstances section
If I don't have the rules to give as guidance to our teams, they will question why the hours should not be changed in the ILR or a new PED added to the ILR as it's not written in stone! Why did this section disappear? There's nothing in the provider support manual either. Any advice? I could use 22/23 guidance but I will get push back on that being not the latest guidance.
