Maytas query for R14 fields in ILR 23/24 leaver tab

Good afternoon, I'm not sure if there are any Maytas users who may be able to help but we have completed the upgrade to 24/25 and it states the following re R14 'new fields' but these aren't appearing in the tab but all steps appear to have been completed by our IT team. We are raising a ticket etc. with Tribal but am trying all angles to see if we can resolve this ASAP. If anyone is aware of how to fix this I would be very grateful. Many thanks, Sarah

Hi Sarah

The R14 fields should be in the 'ILR 2023 Other Leaver Info' tab. The new year tabs will have the 24/25 fields as in your screenshot.

Thanks for your reply Ibrahim, we may have different funding streams as we don't have the option of 'ILR 2023 Other leaver info', we run apprenticeships only. We've also gone direct to tribal so hoping they can resolve, I appreciate your reply.

No problem.

When you were upgraded they should have left the 2023 tabs with the fields in there. If not the helpdesk should be able to help you locate them.

The other option is to manually add the fields using screen designer (if you have it). They are in TRAINEEPOT2

Hi,

We also had this issue of the R14 fields not being in last years tabs, we added them ourselves by editing the tabs.
