R01 ILR Errors: Rule name EmpStat_22 and Rule name Tlout_01

Dear colleagues,

I wonder if anyone is having the following ILR errors:

- Rule name EmpStat_22: An Employment status record has not been returned that applies prior to the Learning start date

- Rule name Tlout_01: A completed or withdrawn Tailored Learning funded aim must have a Talored learning outcome recorded 

All fields related to the above errors have been recorded correctly and we are unsure why there are errors.  

If you are having the same errors, please let me know how you managed to resolve these.  I need guidance on this, as I do not know how to go about to resolve these errors.

Is your student record system *definitely* pulling them into the XML for Funding Model 11 (which I presume these are?)? Heard a few reports (not all from the same system, either!) of this being A Bit Of A Thing this year...

EmpStat_22 will also fire if the EmpStat Start Date *matches* earliest Aim Start Date rather than being the day before (apols if teaching you to suck eggs here!).

Thank you for getting back to me.

All the entries were made accurately. As I also reported this to our MIS provider, this turned out that to their bugs in their system and this was deployed to be fixed and these errors have now been resolved: phew!
