LRS Password Renewal

Hi

Has anyone else experienced issues when requesting a new password on the LRS when your old password is due to / has expired?

For the last week, every email I have received when requesting to update my password, the link has expired as soon as I click on it - well within the 120 minutes time limit.

I have contacted the helpdesk, followed their instructions re deleting cookies / cache, and right clicking the link and pasting it onto Chrome / Edge, to no avail.

Currently waiting for an update from the helpdesk, but it does not help with the time of year, and the fact I am the superuser.

Yes I had the same problem was using Edge copied and pasted the password reset link into Google chrome and it worked for me
