235.2. When the apprentice returns from the break in learning, the employer must
revise the apprenticeship agreement and the provider must revise the
training plan, to account for the duration of the break. It must be clear that
there have been multiple episodes of learning. The overall duration of the
apprenticeship and the required volume of off-the-job training can remain
the same (as though there had been no break in learning).

Returning from a break in learning - paperwork
Created
Hi, could anyone please tell me what paperwork is required when an Apprentice returns from a break in learning please? Is it just a new Apprenticeship Agreement? I have read this somewhere but cannot find it in the guidance or I am looking in the wrong place. TIA Helen.
