Right, so, given the time of year, is this in your 23/24 R13 or your 24/25 R01?
If it's your R13, did they achieve after 31 July? I *think* PICS is smart enough to return their status on 31 July which would be "in learning"...
If it's your R01 then, um, something's probably broken somewhere! ;)

Hi all, i am having an issue which i have raised with the provider of our management system but i just want to throw it in here in case its an ESFA issue.
I have 2 learners that have achieved however, when they get put through submit learner data they are on the occupancy report as still IN LEARNING. has anybody else had this issue?
We use PICSWeb just as an FYI
Any advice welcome :)
