All components of their gateway or of their EPA? If the latter then I presume there was no learning/prep/anything going on between April and June and the completion date put in the AchDate field is now April? In which case you wouldn't need to extend anything as nothing was happening.
This would only get messy where resits are involved...

App Agreement - quick audit check of dates please

We have an apprentice who completed all components of their gateway in April, but we didn't receive the results until June. We've done a spot check on files which has resulted in me requesting an updated Apprenticeship Agreement to extend coverage until June (since the current one expired in April). There's been some question about whether the extension to June is necessary, but my reasoning is that we wouldn't have known they were finished until we received the results, so the April agreement alone is not sufficient.
Would you get an updated version, or would you be happy with the April end date on the Apprenticeship Agreement?
