Yes, you're not alone! We've raised it with the help desk but had no reply as yet.

Update - they said to clear cookies and retry which we've done but no change. If you raise it with  them too they'll realise we're not the only ones affected.

Hi Louise, thank you - good to know we're not alone! I did raise a query with the helpdesk after I posted this and I received the same advice but it hasn't worked for us either.

My colleague has gone back to them so we'll just have to wait I suppose....

My team are getting it too, so definitely a system issue, we'll raise it and tell them cookies hasn't fixed too.

Thanks Louise. I've been told by the helpdesk that they haven't received any reports of this from other providers but they clearly have! 

Well, there's at least three of us so hopefully they'll join the dots now!

Same for me too, it was allowing me to press back earlier and continue but now every press is the error message :(

Thanks Sarah. The helpdesk have now said they need screenshots of the error screen so that they can escalate it to the Tech Support Team - let's see how long it takes for them to come back!

I submitted a case to the helpdesk and including a link to this post to avoid them telling me I'm the only one!

I will post when I get a reply.

Thanks Matt. We are still experiencing issues this morning - let's hope they fix this asap as we are knee-deep in enrolments!

I have also submitted a query confirming it is still happening this morning and that other providers have the same issue and that clearing browser data etc. didn't solve the problem. They have escalated to the technical team!
