Evidence of learning for withdrawal

Created

I want to check the date of W/D we should use for learners who have completed their main programme delivery, but are still working on FS over a period of several more months.

If they subsequently do not pass their FS what W/D date do we use? Is it the last day of engagement for the main programme or the last date of engagement for FS which would be a much later date in some instances?

thanks

In a sense, it's not *massively* important? In that, if they're past their Planned End Date, you've had the 80% anyway, so it's not like there would be anything to claw back. I think you'll have to make the Programme Actual End Date match the FS End date though or I'm pretty sure it'll error if the FS date is later.

Last date of evidenced attendance for each aim. Like Steve says it will error out if your programme end date doesn’t match the last aim end date. Control issue from an audit.
