Aim End Date Not Correct

Created

None

Hi All,

Just going through our aims with the exams officer, tidying up the ILR in preparation for R13 and R14 and noticed one aim has had an expected end date of July 2024 instead of July 2026. This was a clerical error not a change.

Obviously it is drummed in not to change start and end dates; therefore do we withdraw - transfer to a new learning aim (however that learning aim will be the same qualification details as the withdrawn one) / or do we change the end date, as it is a clerical error and in year still ?

I was leaning towards the first solution as I don't like messing with end dates on the latter.

Thanks Ems

Would definitely go latter at this point, it's a genuine error, so it's fine. Presuming, that is, that the course started in 23/24!

Perfect! and yes it did start in September 2023 so the same academic year.

I have just come across a mid year starter with a start date of the Qual, the month before he started (19Jan instead of 19Feb) so will action this in the same way as it is a genuine error. Fortunately have only seen these two.

Thanks Ems
