R13 - Updating Apprenticeship Financial Records in the ILR

Where an assessment price was not known at the beginning of an apprenticeship (and therefore no TNP2 record was recorded in the ILR), can someone please confirm what Apprenticeship Financial Record Date should be used when this is added to the ILR for R13?
I want to ensure this gets processed correctly in the ILR and to avoid a data mismatch with the record in the Apprenticeship Service.
