No mention of level of apprenticeship at all in this update; https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/support-for-apprentices-with-a-learning-difficulty-or-disability/english-and-maths-flexibilities-for-apprentices-with-learning-difficulties-and-disabilities

Exception to regular English & Maths funding rules 24/25
Edited
Hello there,
Can anyone confirm around the above rules please… the funding rules state “paragraphs 36 to 38”, but paragraph 39 relates to L3 apprenticeships.
Can anyone clarify please if we can use the Exception to regular English/Maths rules for L3 apprentices? If so, will the rules be amended?
Exceptions to the regular English and maths minimum requirements,
for people with special educational needs, learning difficulties or
disabilities
"45. Where an apprentice has a learning difficulty or disability which is a barrier to
them achieving the English and / or maths requirements as described in
paragraphs 36 to 38, providers should consider whether they should be offered
the flexibility to achieve Entry Level 3 functional skills in the adjusted subject(s)."
