Do you mean "the EPAs happened before July 31 but we didn't know the results when we submitted R12"?
Presuming "yes" and presuming those records were still at 1&8 in R12, they'll not be part of your 23/24 cohort *at all* yet, but will all be sorted by R14 WHICH IS THE ONLY QAR DATA THAT MATTERS. Anyone grumbling about your R12 data should
a. take a proper look at themselves (and, y'know, the rules)
b. be, at worst, asking you politely what you expect the R14 rates to be, not moaning about the R12 ones...

QAR 23/24 - achievers in August 24

Our QAR for 23/24 shows a low % achievers because many of their EPA results were only confirmed in August 2024. Is there any way of flagging that this achiever rate is misleading or do we have to live with the QAR figure?
