Disappearing learners

Hello!

We are currently investigating a mystery of disappearing learners and I am hoping you might be able to share your experience. We have a handful of apprentices wo are past their planned end date but continuing on programme. They were reported up to R04 as normal and then suddenly dropped off the ILR. Our MIS provider cannot explain what happened, they are not showing up as FRM06 error. Has anyone experienced anything like this before and how did you fix it?

Just to clarify.. you've looked in the XML ILR files and they have disappeared after the 23/24 R04? What software are you using?

Which system do you use?  Have they been withdrawn back to before the start of the year and just need forcing back in?

Hi All,

I am just checking again and some of them disappeared from R05, some from R06. All bar one should still be on programme (one had a backdated withdrawal) so I don't understand how they just dropped off the ILR. 

We use Maytas, the returns were error free.

Do we just need to force them back in and how do we do that?
