Does anybody know who you identify FS flexibilities on the ILR for aims starting before 01/08/24 i.e. as per the guidance "late identification of needs"? It's LDM code 392 for aims starting in 24/25 but entering LDM code 392 for aims before 01/08/24 is causing a rule violation error.
