Not to be rude but, we don't get to have an opinion on what is and isn't Full Level 3. DfE/Ofqual decide and that's that.
It is a bit weird that this *isn't* FL3, but it definitely isn't...
Therefore any 19-23 who has done it and is moving on to whatever you're offering that *is* FL3 will be able to exert their Legal Entitlement and FCFJ doesn't come into it...
Both not flagged on Find A Learning Aim and not flagged on the Qualifications website Overview - List of Qualifications approved for funding (education.gov.uk) (specifically on the download spreadsheet which has an L2/L3 Entitlement column)

level 3 legal entitlement and the level 3 FCFJ - Help needed
Created
Hi All,
We are currently looking to offer a level 3 learning aim under the level 3 legal entitlement and the Level 3 FCFJ, the learning aim is under the approved qualification list. What I am having trouble with is that these learner have completed a study programme course with us 16-18 and completed the following aim.
Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity 60188832
Whilst LARS does not say is that aim is Full level 3 but in my opinion it is. So, my question is this a full level 3 and if yes can the learners be funded under the following situations.
1. 19-23 unemployed / below threshold
2. 19-23 employed / over threshold
I have followed the flow charts for this area but I am finding the Qualification that they did a sticking point, as is it a full level therefore and therefore are they ineligible?
Many Thanks
