Non Levy Employer to Levy Trust group

Hi
Can anyone advise me how to manage apprentices that are currently employed in a non-levy school that have now become part of levy trust group. Is this an employer change even though they haven't technically changed employers? If so, will new Negotiated price documents etc be required?

Sounds like the employees will have been TUPEd to the "new" employer? In which case, yes, it's just like any other change of employer.
