Hi, we have an apprentice who is passed their planned end date for English, so we have received all of the funding. He has a grade 1 GCSE which now exempts him from L1 FS, so we need to transfer him to L2 English - can we claim further funding for this? Thanks

As long as you can prove you taught him/will teach him then yes. Wouldn't code it as a transfer though, just put the L1 as a fail and enrol him on the L2.
