Morning. We haven't received a completion payment for a learner. All PMR records correct etc. All I can see is that on their LRS record their DOB was incorrect and their first name was shortened rather than their full given name. LRS shows they have the qualification. DAS still showing as LIVE status even though they completed in Feb 24. Any suggestions greatly welcomed. Thanks

Can't imagine a situation where LRS data would have any impact, it's barely checked apart from to see if the ULN exists, I'm not aware of any broader checks using it.
Are you *certain* you've got all of the PMR records, what does the Contributions report say?
