Strictly, no? If you've got an Initial Assessment that says they need one little bit of knowledge sorting, you can teach them that and have the £724. Bit weird, but that's how it works (see it as a balancer for all of those you have to teach for lots and lots of hours but still only get £724 for!!!).

But, to be clear, you have to teach them something and it has to be backed up by the IA.
