Withdrawal post gateway - how to record component aim?
Created
None
Hi,
We have an apprentice who has withdrawn after entering gateway. When they reached gateway, we updated the ZPROG Outcome to 8 - learning activities complete but the outcome is not yet known and we also updated their component aim to Completion Status: 2 - The learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim & Outcome: 1 - Achieved.
Now the apprentice has withdrawn, would we withdraw the ZPROG aim and keep the component aim as completed or do we withdraw both aims?

Doesn't really matter, nothing happens with the component aims. Would happily leave it at 2&1 for internal purposes though so you know the learner did everything they should've up to that point...
