Missing Remittance and Payment

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is missing the remittance advice and payment for 16 to 18 levy apprenticeships additional payments for employers for September.  We were expecting payment for a number of employers and this can be seen on the Apps Monthly payment report but we have received no monies.  Any help/advice appreciated.

Yes us too, trying to find out why, although money not actually due till today (Monday 21st) so may come through later.

We’ve also experienced missing payments for our 16-18 Apprenticeships. The initial post indicated that payments would be made by 31/10/2024, but we haven't received anything yet. Has anyone else received their payments, or is anyone else facing the same issue?

We received payment last week.  It may be worth you following this up.
