When completing a learner in R14 and R03 because EPA is in 23/24 and results received and reported in 24/25, I believe the programme aim (ZPROG) should be recorded as CONITNIUNG STATUS 1 and OUTCOME 8, whilst the component aim instead COMPONENT STATUS 2 and OUTCOME 8 with only the actual completion dates added to both aims, no achievement dates. Then in year 24/25 record the ZPROG as completed STATUS 2 and OUTCOME e.g. 1 ACHIEVED, adding the achievement date and App Contract type date, same as achievement date and also adding the achievement Outcome e.g. 1 ACHIEVED to the component aim with the achievement date entered. Is that correct? Should the completion payment then be paid in R03 monthly payment report. Also, can someone tell me in case the completion payment is not paid yet, can a learner start on another level of the apprenticeship e.g. from AATL3 to AATL4 when the new start date doesn't overlap, whilst the previous employer account on DAS is still live, or do we have to wait for the completion payment to clear first and the previous employer account changed to 'COMPLETED'
