Presume they're Pre-Settled, not Settled?

The thing is, Pre-Settled are all on the verge of getting FIVE years added:

and, more importantly for us, the visa end date being HIDDEN on the check. Tried to ask a question about how we'd deal with this and got a garbage response from the helpdesk...

Hi yes it is pre settled, I think I will stick with what the process I have been following then Steve and I am unsure if we would be picked up on this and I would feel more comfortable with the correct/required duration being in place. thanks 

I've noticed this recently re pre settled learners not having a end date.

The EUSS site is currently down. Does anyone know how we report this? We currently have Study Programme enrolment's to process and we cant verify the learner has settled/pre-settled as they've provided us their share code. Kind of frustrating.

I mean, I'd triage this by thinking "what are the chances that these learners are lying to us and, given it's SP, there's highly likely to be another route to funding, even if they are" and just get 'em enrolled...

We deliver Skills Bootcamps and whilst checking share codes, I've noticed that issue dates are also no longer showing on some individuals immigration status checks. 

How are we to evidence their 3y UK residency, for example, if we can no longer see when it was granted?
I know we should be able to obtain BRPs, etc but if there is to be a move away from actual BRPs, to the electronic version, this will cause issues.

Has anyone-else had this experience?

You can take the word "if" out of that sentence, BRPs stop existing on 31 December...

Problem is, we're using the system for something it's not designed to show us because all we're doing is piggy-backing on whether someone is allowed to work, where the amount of time they've been here is not important.
