Hi
We have an apprentice that since R01 has come up with the R119 error code. He has been on programme since 04/10/2021 but in this time he changed employer and has been on a break in learning so he has 3 different entries in the financial details (first one for his original start, 2nd for change of employer and 3rd for return from break in learning).
His re-start date from his break in learning is 25/09/2023 and he has been showing in last years payment reports without any error, this new academic year is has come up with R119 error.
R119 - The apprenticeship financial record date must not be more than one year before the start of the apprenticeship programme.
Can anyone help with this as we aren't getting the payments through?

Sounds like you've not got the first bit of learning before their BIL in the 24/25 ILR, but it's still seeing the finance records? Depending on your student record system probably easiest to pull that first bit through into this year?
