OTJ Hours for Apprentice RPL

Hi all
When calculating reductions in duration and cost of apprenticeship programmes for apprentices with RPL, you need the starting point for a standard apprentice with no RPL. Do you use just the volume of OTJ hours which are delivered by the training provider, or do you use the full volume of OTJ hours, including those that are delivered by the employer, to apply the calculation in the funding rules to?

Full volume of eligible OTJ. There's no differentiation between those delivered by the training provider or the employer (one *might* expect a reduction in both, but depends what the App is already competent in, I guess).
